I am a media executive based in Santiago de Chile where I am the the Commercial VP for Latin America at Bloomberg Línea. I was formerly the Publisher and CRO at AméricaEconomía Media Group. I also dabble in some consulting work.

I enjoy writing and you can find examples of my work on this site. I tend to comment on events in Chile and in my home country of Ireland. I also write about the commercial challenges of the media business, most of that work is written in Spanish.

The idea behind this website was to have my own space on the internet. After years of handing over my content (and my personal information) to the online behemoths I decided that I wanted a place where I could publish my content, potentially launch a newsletter and also have my CV and other information online.  The site will also serve as a sort of laboratory for different digital media products and content delivery formats.
